Welcome to The Great Insulation. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms ensure transparency, define responsibilities, and protect both parties throughout the service process.

1. Scope of Services

We specialize in insulation services, including attic, basement, wall, and garage insulation, as well as insulation removal and ventilation upgrades. Services are provided throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), based on a detailed quote and service agreement.

2. Estimates & Service Agreement

All estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information you provide. Final pricing may be subject to on-site verification. A signed service agreement is required before work begins.

3. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete project information

  • Ensure safe access to the property on the scheduled day

  • Obtain any required municipal permits (unless stated otherwise)

4. Payment Terms

  • A deposit may be required to confirm scheduling

  • Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed

  • Late payments may incur administrative fees and delay further services

5. Warranty & Quality Assurance

All insulation work is performed by trained professionals using approved materials. Warranty terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement. The warranty does not cover:

  • Pre-existing structural or moisture issues

  • Damage caused by third parties or extreme weather events

  • Unauthorized alterations after our work is completed

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance

  • Late cancellations may be subject to a fee if materials were pre-ordered or work prepared

  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to unsafe weather or site conditions

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, branding) is the property of The Great Insulation and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

8. Privacy & Data Use

We collect personal information solely for service delivery, quote preparation, and client communication. For more details, please see our full Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Great Insulation shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use or site access. Liability is limited to the value of the contract signed.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ontario courts.
